With my camera in hand, I was amazed at how beautiful they were - but more importantly - how great it was that there are places in our country where they can just be free...
I found myself drawn to their rich colors and the beauty of the natural landscape around them...
I returned home with a new appreciation for horses and ponies... They truly are magical...
Then, by chance, I came across a documentary about the power of horses and how it changed the lives of one family living with Autism...
The award-winning documentary was based on The New York Times Best Seller "The Horse Boy"...The story follows the real life journey of a Texas family and their search to help their young son living with Autism...
I was very moved by this documentary and their journey...If you have not seen it - I urge you to see it...
